This Imagine.Create.Play. Resource Kit includes some of our favourite winter/cold weather elements: snowmen and penguins! The whimsical snow mat invites imaginative and open-ended play. Build upon children’s natural curiosity and wonder by asking the question “Where do snowmen live?”. This kit includes one hand-felted snow mat, 2 hand-painted wooden snow people, 1 hand-painted wooden snow pup, and 2 hand-painted wooden penguins, a digital resource handout with ideas for use, songs and rhymes, and suggestions to extend the play and learning. No two kits are exactly alike, each one is made with love and care and at the crafter’s whim.
